Customer: “Well before I book anything, I just really want to know what you guys charge.  Can you give me an estimate?”

PLAN B – CSR: “Yeah, let me cover that with you and tell you how we work.

  • We’re going to send out a licensed and trained technician who is backed and trusted by our company.
  • We have been in business for __ years now [and we are family owned and operated] so you are in good hands.
  • Our technician will come out with all the parts and tools he needs to get started on the work while he is there.
  • He will conduct a thorough inspection to figure out what is going on with [insert your customer’s problem], what is causing it, and what needs to be done to get it taken care of.
  • He will sit down with you, let you know what he finds, go over all your options, and then present you with a quote for the repairs. You’re basically getting an in-home consultation.
  • To have the technician come out and do all this, it’s only $__ [insert your dispatch fee].”
